Now, Ujwal is channeling his passion into a comprehensive book covering 600 dog breeds. My Story - Ujwal Latkar
My passion for dogs began when I adopted a street dog at six. Fortunately, my parents welcomed the puppy, which was uncommon in Indian families then. Since then, my home has always had dogs. Over the years, my family has adopted many different breeds like Karvan, Great Dane, and Bulldog. My sons share this passion for dogs, and my six-year-old granddaughter is also passionate about dogs and cats.This passion has driven me to learn more about dogs — their breeds, habits, food, and everything else possible. As a child, I collected images of different dogs, and later voraciously read any articles and books I could find on the subject. With the advent of the
internet, a wealth of information became accessible to us. Since retiring from business, I have dedicated all my time to deepening my knowledge about dogs. Currently, I am working on a comprehensive book covering 600 dog breeds. I am eager to share my insights through articles on platforms like “Petzcare” India.
